You will be able to designate some other entity as an authorized return point and because of our comprehensive roles and authorization system they can work in the same system with same data pertinent to the activities you have asked them to perform.

Disposition Management

Disposition Management

Processing a return and receiving the product back is just the beginning of the reverse supply chain. Once you get the product back you now have to do something with it. Our disposition capability is integrated with the rest of the returns management module so you can perform initiate repackaging, recycling, scrapping or liquidating immediately upon receipt.
