ReverseLogix is a centralized, cloud-based SaaS solution designed to fit every aspect of your returns and after-sales care management.
ReverseLogix empowers you with a web based, device independent, highly scalable and customizable platform, which can be integrated with any of your existing enterprise applications.
The RTV Module makes it easy for you to consolidate multiple different products from the same vendor into a custom category and location before being shipped back. These custom categories or nodes are an easy way for you to manage unwanted inventory. This allows you to save money on freight by consolidating those items then shipping back in bulk. You can also age each item individually and as a whole category.
GRADING & INSPECTION
Every item that comes back to one of your return centers has a status, a condition and a value. It is imperative that you have a robust system of inspection and grading of any items that come back to you so that you can make the proper decision on how to dispose or return unwanted material. The RTV module has a configurable grading levels system that you can use to then automate actions to expedite RTV processes.
CONTRACT TERMS AND PERCENTAGES
Most of your vendors will have rules and percentages of returns allowed. The RTV module allows you to manage those contract terms directly within the platform to prevent a waste of time and ensure shipments aren’t sent incorrectly or at the wrong time.
REDUCED RETURN TO SENDER RISK
Shipping a returned item back to the vendor (as an RTV or Return to Vendor item) may result in the same item being shipped back to you by the vendor. This is because, there are policies that govern such transactions. The process by which a vendor ships a returned item back to you is called Return to Sender – and this means another unwanted item making its way into your returns center, where it becomes unused inventory.
Our Return to Vendor app will make sure your return request contains all relevant data, such as serial numbers, to reduce the chances of items being sent back to you. It helps you connect the first and second return flows, which allows you to recover value from the returned products.
