For items that don’t fall under a covered warranty you can provide immediate quotes and send invoices before performing the repair. You can also create a menu of unique repair offerings to keep customers happy even when a product stops working or doesn’t meet their expectations.
The warranty management system allows you to perform repairs at multiple depot levels and stock transfer the repairable units to each level. With our cloud-based platform, you can designate other repair suppliers as depot levels, such as after-sales care providers or remote repair centers. Everyone can work in the same software platform with the same information about the status of the repair, even in reverse logistics supply chains with facilities spread throughout the world.
When you make a repair you need parts, which means you need to constantly and accurately track the consumption, status, and ordering of new parts. Our Repair Management module includes warehouse management capabilities to track every part, the age of the part, and the value of the part as soon as it is used in the repair cycle.
For repairable items that require extensive testing and wiping, our Repair Management module integrates with testing suites through an easy-to-use plain text integration. You can also override test results directly in the Repair Management module. The testing center can be configured to output test results to an analytics platform if you need to aggregate and analyze failure codes and root causes.
BILLING CODE CUSTOMIZATION
A key feature of our Repair Management software is the ability to track parts consumed and labor expended, so you can correctly invoice out-of-warranty repairs and manage parts inventory. You can create your own billing codes that combine parts and labor, customizing and standardizing activities across all your depots and third-party providers. This ensures the same level of service and charges throughout your entire operation.
