WARRANTY BASED REPAIRS
The warranty management functionality of our Repairs Management module allows you to perform both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs. You are able to quote and invoice customers before performing the repair as well as creating your own unique repair offerings.
The warranty management system allows you to perform repairs at multiple depot levels and stock transfer the repairable units to each level. Because our platform is in the cloud, you can designate other repair suppliers such as after sales care providers and remote repair centers as depot levels.
Repairing anything usually requires some kind of parts and the consumption of those parts need to be managed to correctly track your assets. Our Repair Management module includes Warehouse Management capabilities so that you can track every part, the age of the part and the value of the part as it is used in the repair cycle.
For those repairables that require extensive testing and wiping, our Repair Management module integrates with testing suites through an easy to use plain text integration. You will also have the capability to override test results directly in the Repair Management module. The testing center can be configured to also output test results to an analytics platform to aggregate and analyze failure codes and root causes.
